Job Summary

Para apoyar a nuestros extraordinarios equipos que construyen grandes productos y contribuyen a nuestro crecimiento, estamos buscando incorporar un Supervisor de Inventarios situado en Guadalajara Norte.

Reportando al Gerente de Almacén, el Supervisor de Inventarios será responsable de garantizar la exactitud de inventarios en almacenes internos y externos, coordinar conteos cíclicos, monitorear indicadores de desempeño, asegurar la correcta administración de materiales y brindar soporte a clientes internos para el cumplimiento de los objetivos operativos.

  • Supervisar y coordinar los conteos cíclicos y físicos de inventario.
  • Garantizar la exactitud y confiabilidad de los registros de inventario mediante auditorías y validaciones periódicas.
  • Analizar variaciones de inventario e implementar acciones correctivas para prevenir recurrencias.
  • Dar seguimiento a indicadores clave de desempeño (KPI's) relacionados con exactitud de inventario, discrepancias, ajustes y cumplimiento de conteos.
  • Elaborar y presentar reportes, gráficas y análisis de resultados utilizando herramientas como Excel.
  • Coordinar y dar seguimiento a investigaciones derivadas de diferencias de inventario.
  • Visitar almacenes externos para validar inventarios, procesos y controles operativos.
  • Proporcionar atención y soporte a clientes internos y externos en temas relacionados con inventarios y materiales.
  • Colaborar con las áreas de logística, almacén, planeación y producción para asegurar la disponibilidad y trazabilidad de materiales.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora en procesos, controles y administración de inventarios.

La experiencia que buscamos sumar a nuestro equipo:

  • Experiencia en control y administración de inventarios, incluyendo conteos cíclicos, auditorías e investigación de discrepancias.
  • Experiencia en análisis de datos, KPI's operativos y elaboración de reportes utilizando Excel avanzado (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas, gráficas y análisis de información).
  • Experiencia en sistemas ERP/MRP (BAAN, SAP, Oracle o similares) y conocimiento de procesos de mejora continua aplicados a inventarios.
  • Experiencia en atención a clientes internos, gestión de personal, coordinación de almacenes externos y seguimiento de requerimientos operativos.
  • Habilidades de organización, resolución de problemas y análisis de causa raíz, con disponibilidad para realizar visitas a almacenes externos y laborar en segundo turno.
