Clean Harbors is now hiring a full-time Supervisor Branch Operations Support out of Easton, IL.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Transportation and logistics setting – managing OTR (Over-the-Road) drivers and fleet operations across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage up to 25–30 OTR Bulk Oil Filter drivers operating nationwide.
• Promote safety culture and conduct regular safety meetings for the team.
• Handle safety incidents and transportation-related incidents promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with the Central Routing Group to optimize driver routes and schedules.
• Review and manage weekly driver routes; provide feedback to routing teams.
• Oversee call-ins and provide accurate ETA updates to the Customer Service team; coordinate with drivers for additional service opportunities.
• Manage truck maintenance and breakdowns for all assets within the group.
• Interview and hire OTR drivers as needed to maintain staffing levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or fleet operations.
• Strong knowledge of driver management and DOT compliance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot fleet issues preferred.
• High school diploma/GED required; college degree a plus.
• CDL A or B license preferred.
