Superintendents are responsible for leading our electrical teams on the job site. Superintendents have a well versed knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC) and a strong passion for safety, training, leadership development, and commitment to excellence. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (8,000 hours)

Travel: 60-75%

Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. May vary based on customer demands and can include, but is not limited to: nights, weekends, and holidays.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • All previous classification requirements must be continually satisfied.
  • Maintains current licensing and training requirements.
  • History of managing large projects (30+ electricians or multiple small-medium projects simultaneously)
  • effectively while routinely meeting and/or beating estimated job costs. 
  • Independently develops accounts to widen scope and generates additional revenue through upselling,
  • estimating, pricing, and negotiation.
  • Ability to create estimates and change orders utilizing Faith's estimating software with oversight from Project Manager.
  • Consistently meets or exceeds goals of gross margin dollars per man hour.
  • Minimum of 8 jobsite safety evaluations per quarter.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
