onsemi is seeking a self-driven and motivated individual to join the thin films, implant and diffusion engineering team, located in Fishkill, NY. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and work on defining, developing and implementing manufacturing processes of integrated circuits.
The candidate needs to have basic knowledge of semiconductor engineering. The candidate’s duties will involve but not limited to:
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop, improve and execute process improvements
• Review and optimize standards and documentation
• Investigate and resolve real world manufacturing challenges

Classes on Semiconductor and wafer processing.

Perform statistical data analysis and present results and conclusions to the team.

Occasionally help with characterization work in the laboratory

Ability to solve problems individually or as part of a team and collaborate effectively with people in different functions.
