Liderar, integrar y optimizar el ciclo operativo y comercial de la desarrolladora. Su misión principal es maximizar la velocidad de ventas y asegurar la excelente ejecución y entrega de los proyectos inmobiliarios, garantizando una transición impecable desde la preventa hasta la entrega final y atención postventa al cliente.
Responsabilidades:
- Desarrollar estrategias para captar nuevos clientes y mercados.
- Analizar tendencias y proponer iniciativas innovadoras.
- Gestionar el ciclo completo de nuevos negocios, desde prospección hasta cierre.
- Mantener relaciones sólidas con socios y clientes clave.
- Cumplir y superar objetivos de crecimiento y rentabilidad.
Requisitos:
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años como Gerente de Operaciones, Gerente General Inmobiliario, Gerente Inmobiliario o posiciones similares.
- Profesional graduado como arquitecto o ingeniero, deseable MBA o especialización en finanzas.
- Experiencia en proyectos de lotificaciones.
- Habilidades en negociación, análisis de mercado y gestión de proyectos.
- Experiencia liderando equipos multidisciplinarios y relaciones comerciales de alto nivel.
- Disponibilidad para movilizarse dentro del país.
