Studio Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the studio and ensure smooth functioning.
- Coordinate with faculty, production teams, and other stakeholders for scheduled recordings and live sessions.
- Prepare the studio before every recording, ensuring all equipment is set up and functioning properly.
- Operate and monitor audio, video, lighting, and recording equipment during shoots.
- Ensure high-quality recording standards by conducting pre-session equipment checks.
- Schedule and manage recording calendars, studio bookings, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with the post-production team for timely editing and delivery of recorded content.
- Maintain an inventory of studio equipment and report any maintenance or repair requirements.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to cameras, microphones, lighting, and streaming equipment.
- Ensure proper storage, organization, and backup of recorded files and media assets.
- Maintain studio cleanliness, safety, and compliance with operational guidelines.
- Assist faculty and presenters during recordings to ensure smooth session execution.
- Coordinate with the Academic, Product, and Operations teams for content production requirements.
- Monitor live classes or webinars and resolve any technical issues promptly.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on studio utilization, recordings, and operational activities.
- Support the implementation of new production processes and technologies to improve studio efficiency.

- Familiarity with live streaming platforms and studio production workflows.
- Knowledge of video editing software is an added advantage.
