📅 Fleksibilno radno vrijeme prilagođeno studentskim obavezama, minimalno 3 puta tjedno u uredu

👥 Podržavajuća atmosfera i rad u dinamičnom HR timu

 

Tvoji zadaci:

  • Vođenje evidencija i administrativnih unosa (studentski ugovori, radne evidencije, baze podataka)

  • Asistencija HR manageru u svakodnevnim operativnim i administrativnim zadacima

  • Priprema i obrada dokumentacije za studente i zaposlenike

  • Prijevodi (engleski izvrsno; slovenski poželjan, ali nije uvjet)

  • Organizacija evenata i internih aktivnosti (team building, edukacije, studentski onboarding)

  • Komunikacija sa studentima i podrška u rješavanju jednostavnih upita

  • Sudjelovanje u HR projektima i ad‑hoc zadacima prema potrebi odjela
