The Role   We're looking for a Strategy Manager to own the financial backbone of ShopBack's highest-impact group initiatives. This is a finance-first seat at the table — you'll build the models, own the numbers, and translate financial rigor into the strategic bets that fuel our growth. You'll partner directly with C-level executives, acting as a trusted financial voice behind major resource allocation decisions. This is a fast-tracked leadership role: deep grounding in finance, broadened by rotations across the business, positioning you for future leadership.
