Job Purpose

The purpose of this job is to assist in creation of business plans & strategies and support execution of the same through different Lines of Group Business (Fund, Risk and Creditor) to achieve short term, medium term and long term sales and profitability objectives, 

Principal Accountabilities

Develop & Implement business plans

1. Work with the vertical heads in formulation of Annual Sales & Financial plan 
2. Setting-up and Driving business analytics modelling to increase revenue and improve overall health parameters
3. Conduct financial feasibility of the channel level initiatives including compensation and R&R to align it with plan
4. Drive internal & external benchmarking exercises on various sales and productivity parameters in order to define / redefine / fine tune levers of strategic inputs to the business.

Performance management framework for the Fund, Risk and Creditor Business Lines of the Group Channel

1. Develop and execute performance reporting frameworks for reporting to the Channel heads, CEO and the shareholders in alignment with the Corporate MIS team.
2. Preparation of review decks for senior management
3. Industry & Competitive Analysis to support industry level discussion for senior management
4. Provide relevant data points for identification of opportunities & scope for expansion and penetration across various channels / models / markets / segments / geographies, develop robust business cases / plans to support the same & guide implementation of the said plan to execution 

Develop Robust Sales Management and Lead Management Processes for driving sales efficiency and effectiveness 

1. Monitor a comprehensive sales management process starting from prospecting to lead conversion
2. Drive adoption of CRM system such as MS Dynamics to achieve the above objective
3. Devise suitable incentive and KRAs to drive adherence to the sales management process
4. Create dashboards and MIS along with relevant R/R to drive the above 

Drive new product development and Customer engagement/Communication

1. Benchmark current products with the competition and identify gaps to develop new product opportunities
2. Interface with Actuarial team to design and price new product development in coordination with Sales 
3. Liaise with marketing and service function to drive customer communication and customer engagement

Drive Strategic projects to identify new growth drivers for the channel depending on market opportunities 

1. Identification of Strategic Initiatives & formulation of detailed and measurable roadmaps & milestones
2. Program Management of Key Strategic Initiatives to ensure timely & seamless execution and bring out synergies between various stakeholders
3. Work with different stakeholders to drive implementation and closure of the initiatives
