About the Role & Your Impact We're looking for a deeply analytical Sales & Operations Analyst to find the opportunities hiding in our numbers. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Business Operations, you'll dig into the data flowing through every part of Zero (sales, marketing, fulfillment, supply chain, and finance) to produce the analysis, insights, and plans that make the business measurably better. This is not a dashboard-building role. It's a thinking role that requires a deep understanding of the underlying business. Every Zero project involves quotes, equipment costs, labor, rebates, and program funding, and every market has its own economics. Your job is to crunch those numbers relentlessly: find where we're leaking margin, where the funnel breaks down, where installs get stuck, and where the next dollar of investment does the most good. Then turn what you find into clear recommendations and plans that leadership can act on, and document your work so the whole company can build on it.
