As a Strategy & Special Projects Intern, you will support strategic initiatives across the StickEarn Group and selected joint venture projects. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams on projects that may span business strategy, market research, go-to-market initiatives, operations, product, marketing, and other strategic priorities.

As a Strategy & Special Projects Intern, you will support strategic initiatives across the StickEarn Group and selected joint venture projects. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams on projects that may span business strategy, market research, go-to-market initiatives, operations, product, marketing, and other strategic priorities.
🌟 What You’ll Do
- Support strategic planning and execution across multiple business initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help ensure project milestones and timelines are achieved.
- Contribute to market, customer, and competitor research to support business decisions.
- Assist in developing go-to-market strategies for new products, campaigns, and partnerships.
- Assist in preparing business cases, presentations, reports, and executive materials.
- Participate in project performance tracking and help identify potential risks and recommend actionable improvements.
- Assist in analyzing business and marketing data to generate insights for decision-making.
- Support stakeholder management by coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
- Contribute to operational excellence by documenting processes and improving workflows.
- Take part in ad hoc strategic initiatives assigned by leadership.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Final-year student from any major, preferably from Business, Management, Marketing, or other related fields.
- Strong analytical and structured thinking.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Comfortable working across marketing, operations, product, and business teams.
- Highly proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in AI prompting (preferably Claude & ChatGPT) & Google Workspace (especially Google Slides & Google Sheet).
- Experience with Notion or other project management tools is a plus.
- Skilled in using Canva or other visual design tools is a plus.
