Job Purpose

At Kyowa Kirin, we're driven by our purpose to make people smile by delivering life-changing value to patients. We're looking for an experienced Insights & Analytics Business Partner to play a key role in shaping the commercial strategy and growth of our Nephrology Franchise across EMEA.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior business leaders to deliver strategic insights and support key commercial decisions.
• Transform complex data, market intelligence, and customer insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Lead forecasting, business planning, and scenario analysis to support growth and performance.
• Deliver meaningful dashboards, performance reporting, and ad-hoc analytics.
• Manage market research projects and identify opportunities, risks, and emerging trends.
• Collaborate across regional, cluster, finance, commercial, and global teams to drive evidence-based decision making.
• Support omnichannel and customer engagement analytics to enhance commercial effectiveness.

Qualifications

Position Requirements

• Significant experience in commercial analytics, forecasting, business insights, or market research within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience translating complex data into impactful business recommendations.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Power BI, digital analytics, and forecasting methodologies.
• Experience in rare diseases, nephrology, or specialty care is highly desirable.

Salary range based on your experience: From EUR €58,762.00/Yr. up to EUR €88,142.00/Yr.
