About this role
- Perform daily stockroom activities, including receiving, locating, retrieving, and issuing raw materials and finished goods.
- Arrange and store materials according to approved procedures.
- Perform daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly cycle counts.
- Report any inventory or warehouse discrepancies promptly to the person in charge.
- Operate and perform daily inspections of material-handling equipment such as reach trucks and forklifts.
- Load raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods according to requirements.
- Update material movements accurately in the company business system.
- Maintain good 5S and safety practices within the warehouse.
- Perform other duties as required to support warehouse and logistics operations.
- You are safety-conscious and follow established warehouse procedures.
- You are organized and pay attention to inventory accuracy and material handling.
- You take accountability for your work and promptly highlight discrepancies.
- You collaborate effectively with Production, Quality, Shipping, and other teams.
- You are willing to learn and support changing operational requirements
- Completed SPM or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Ability to handle material-handling equipment such as reach trucks and forklifts.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good quality awareness and attention to detail.
- Understanding of ISO 9001 requirements related to store operations.
- Experience operating material-handling equipment such as reach trucks, stackers, and lift trucks.
- Previous experience in warehouse, store, inventory, or manufacturing logistics operations.
