Wir suchen ein/en Store Manager (m/w/d) für unseren neuen Store im Westfield Centro Oberhausen. Du übernimmst die Führung eines mittelgroßen Teams in einem umsatzstarken Store. Dies ist eine hervorragende Gelegenheit, die volle Verantwortung für eine Neueröffnung zu übernehmen und die Teamstruktur selbst zu gestalten.

Das wirst du tun:

  • Du verantwortest unseren Store im Westfield Centro Oberhausen und den Erfolg deines Teams.
  • Analysierst KPIs und entwickelst mit deinem Team Aktionspläne, um Ziele zu erreichen.
  • Coachst dein Team im Umgang mit hohem Beratungsvolumen und stellst dabei ein erstklassiges Kundenerlebnis sicher.
  • Koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern für einen reibungslosen Storebetrieb.
  • Behältst Kauf- und Kundentrends im Blick und leitest daraus smarte Entscheidungen ab.
  • Setzt Visual-Merchandising-Standards konsequent um, für ein makelloses Auftreten.
  • Verantwortest die Online-Reputation des Stores, indem du Kundenbewertungen und -fragen professionell beantworten.

Das suchen wir:

  • 2-3+ Jahre Erfahrung als Store Manager im Einzelhandel.
  • Nachgewiesene Erfolge in Umsatzsteigerung und KPI-Steuerung.
  • Erfahrung in der Führung und dem Coaching eines mittelgroßen Teams in einem Store mit hohem Umsatzvolumen.
  • Erfahrung in der personalisierten Kundenberatung und dem Umgang mit Premiumprodukten.
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und mindestens verhandlungssicheres Englisch.
