Sea Bags, the original maker of one-of-a-kind totes, handbags, and accessories crafted in the USA from recycled sailboat sails, is seeking a Full-Time Seasonal Store Manager to lead our exciting new Burlington pop-up location through the end of the year.

The Impact You'll Have

• Provide exceptional customer service while sharing the Sea Bags brand story.
• Engage customers with product knowledge and recommendations.
• Direct and support daily store operations, including sales transactions and merchandising.
• Work collaboratively to create a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience.
• Lead and support the team in achieving sales goals while maintaining Sea Bags brand standards.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory, and store presentation to ensure the location is organized, well-stocked, and on brand.
• Train and coach employees on company policies, sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer experience.
• Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with team members and leadership.

What We’re Looking For

• A customer-focused mindset with a passion for engaging with people.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn and articulate company history and product details.
• Comfort using a point-of-sale system and iPad.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a customer-facing role preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
• A team player with a can-do attitude who’s willing to jump in and support as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including occasional longer shifts based on business needs.
