University Medical Partners (UMP), a partner of Stanford Medicine, is seeking a full-time BC/BE Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our well-established primary care team in Pleasanton, California.
Position Details:
- Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week
- Clinical duties:
- ~50% direct patient care (Primary care – manage your own panel and support care team)
- ~50% in-basket management and panel support
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of primary care experience required
- Patient volume: Average of 10-12 patients per half day
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM
- Specialist access: Seamless referral network within Stanford Medicine, in-office as well as nearby offices
- Patient population: highly diverse community-based practice model with strong continuity of care
- Opportunity to practice full-spectrum primary care including basic outpatient procedures
