Vous intégrez la Direction des Ressources Humaines d’Ayvens France et plus particulièrement l’équipe de Formation et Projets RH. 

Ce stage vous permettra de participer aux projets RH en relation avec l’ensemble des acteurs RH et parties prenantes internes.

En tant que Stagiaire Chargé de formation et projets RH H/F, vos missions seront :

Déploiement du plan de développement des compétences :

  • Mettre en œuvre du plan de développement des compétences : création des sessions, saisie dans l'outil informatique formation, suivi de l'aspect administratif (feuilles d'émargement, conventions, évaluations, etc.), règlement des factures, reporting, suivi budgétaire, etc.

  • Gérer les relations avec les partenaires de formation : organismes de formation, groupe SG et Ayvens, OPCO…,

  • Participer à l’organisation logistique relative aux actions de formation sur-mesure et internes,

  • Elaborer des reporting nécessaires à l’analyse et au suivi des indicateurs,

  • Participer au recensement des besoins du plan 2026,

  • Assurer la veille réglementation formation

  • Contribuer à la politique de formation interne : suivi des actions, ingénierie pédagogique

Projets RH :

  • Piloter le parcours d’intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs (inscriptions, invitations, relances, aide aux visioconférences, …),

  • Contribuer aux projets RH transversaux : culture digitale, culture managériale, communication RH, politiques Qualité de Vie et conditions de Travail et Diversité et Inclusion.

Et si c'était vous ?

  • Vous préparez un Master (BAC+4/+5) avec une spécialisation en Ressources Humaines.

  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre appétence pour les nouvelles technologies et faites preuve de créativité, rigueur et curiosité. 

  • Vous maîtrisez le pack Office : Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point.

  • Vous utilisez Canva.

  • Vos capacités relationnelles ainsi que votre sens du service seront des atouts pour réussir sur ce poste.

  • Idéalement, vous justifiez d’une première expérience en RH et Formation (stage/ alternance).
