Responsabilités:

Au sein d’une direction juridique au cœur de la stratégie du groupe en France vous apporterez votre valeur ajoutée en conseillant les opérationnels des différentes activités et interviendrez dans des périmètres variés : droit des affaires, droit des contrats, droit de la distribution, droit des sociétés et immobilier.

  • Vous contribuerez à la rédaction et la révision des divers documents contractuels (contrat cadre, avenant, accord de confidentialité…), à l’anticipation des enjeux juridiques en participant à la veille des périmètres d’intervention de la direction.

  • Vous serez accompagné par une équipe juridique dont l’ADN repose sur la créativité, le partage du savoir-faire, l’expertise des métiers juridiques concernés.

Vous pourrez ainsi renforcer votre polyvalence et votre approche « business partner », autant d’atouts pour réussir une carrière de juriste.

  • Profil :

  • Vous préparez un master 2 en droit des affaires et/ou droit de la distribution

  • Vous avez un bon niveau d'anglais

  • Vous êtes dynamique, curieux et impliqué.

  • Vous avez un bon relationnel et savez faire preuve de discrétion.
