Johnson & Johnson is currently searching for 1 intern to join our Internship in the Operations Department at Latina Plant (Borgo San Michele).

Activities


The Intern will be supporting and be trained on the following activities:


  • Support the tool for measuring efficiency of production equipment (OEE – Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
  • Help manage Production Key Performance Indicators.
  • Support in monitoring the production rhythm wheels.
  • Participation in monitoring the progress of the production plan.
  • Facilitate daily meetings with different site teams (e.g. maintenance, planning, production, quality etc.).
  • Identify areas of improvement on the shopfloor.
  • Support the implementation of shopfloor improvement initiatives.
  • Support supervisors with team communications on safety/quality issues, performance and new projects.

 

Requirements


  • Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, CTF, Chemistry, Biotechnology 
  • Good skills of ownership and accountability
  • Proficiency in Italian language
  • Fluent in English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Good knowledge of Excel is considered as a plus)

As this position is posted in a country that is subject to EU transparency requirements, the Talent Acquisition Team will provide pay range.
