Join us and shape the future of care. The Role We're hiring a Staff Product Manager – Onboarding & Growth to help shape how practitioners discover, adopt, and realize value from Fullscript. In this role, you'll own critical parts of the practitioner journey, from sign-up through first treatment plan and Assist activation, identifying opportunities to improve onboarding, accelerate activation, and drive long-term engagement. This is a senior individual contributor role with broad scope and high autonomy. You'll partner closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and cross-functional stakeholders to solve complex customer problems, define growth strategies, and deliver measurable business impact.  You'll thrive in this role if you're energized by ambiguity, enjoy building from first principles, and love using experimentation to create exceptional customer experiences.
