Staff Nurse - Adult ICU

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate ICU Nurse to join a reputable healthcare organization in Dubai. The ICU Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered critical care to patients with life-threatening conditions. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, the ability to work in fast-paced environments, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and care. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit in accordance with established clinical standards and protocols. Continuously monitor patients’ vital signs, neurological status, and overall condition, and respond promptly to any changes. Operate and monitor advanced medical equipment such as ventilators, infusion pumps, cardiac monitors, and other life-support systems. Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Assist physicians during medical procedures and emergency interventions. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, assessments, and progress. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans. Ensure strict compliance with infection control policies, patient safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding treatment and recovery. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent qualification. Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience in a hospital setting. Valid nursing license from home country. Eligibility for nursing license in Dubai (DHA eligibility, license, or willingness to obtain). Strong knowledge of critical care procedures, equipment, and patient monitoring. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification. Experience in tertiary care or accredited hospitals is an advantage. Willing to work in Dubai.
