General Accounting Ledger Accounts Payable Financial Reporting Financial Analysis

About this role

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain accurate books of accounts by recording daily financial transactions in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  2. Prepare and reconcile General Ledger (GL) accounts, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies and month-end closing activities.
  3. Process vendor invoices, verify supporting documents, and ensure timely payments while maintaining proper Accounts Payable records.
  4. Reconcile vendor statements, resolve payment-related queries, and maintain healthy vendor relationships.
  5. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities, including preparation of schedules and supporting documents for audits.
  6. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, and other applicable financial regulations while maintaining proper documentation.
