We are looking for a highly skilled Staff Fullstack Engineer with 3–10 years of professional software development experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Frontend development, particularly ReactJS, along with a solid understanding of backend systems and full-stack application architecture. You will play a key role in designing scalable products, driving technical decisions, mentoring engineers, and delivering high-quality user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using ReactJS and modern frontend technologies.
  • Build reusable, maintainable, and responsive UI components following established engineering and design standards.
  • Own frontend architecture and contribute to technical decisions around application structure, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate closely with backend engineers, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver end-to-end product features.
  • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and other backend services to support frontend functionality.
  • Participate in system design and contribute to building reliable, scalable full-stack solutions.
  • Identify and resolve performance, usability, reliability, and scalability issues across the application.
  • Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code and establish best practices for frontend and full-stack development.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback to improve engineering quality.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and contribute to the growth of the engineering team.
  • Drive engineering initiatives from technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Stay current with emerging frontend and full-stack technologies and recommend improvements where appropriate.

Must-Have Skills

  • Frontend Development

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
  • Experience building responsive, accessible, and production-grade web applications.
  • Strong understanding of React fundamentals, component architecture, state management, hooks, and performance optimization.
  • Experience working with REST APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services.
  • Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, browser technologies, and modern frontend development practices.
  • Strong knowledge of Git, version control, debugging, and software development lifecycle practices.
  • Experience designing scalable and maintainable application architectures.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with Node.js or another backend technology.
  • Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar technologies.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, or modern DevOps practices.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks and frontend testing methodologies.
  • Understanding of microservices and distributed systems.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Experience

3–10 years of relevant software engineering experience, with strong hands-on experience in frontend development and ReactJS.
