About this role

P2P.org is the largest institutional staking provider with a TVL of over $10B and a market share exceeding 20% in restaking.

We are continually focused on researching and improving our infrastructure to extract maximum APR while enhancing security. For instance, in ETH and SOL, our NRR is on average 10% higher than the market, and in DOT, it's 20% higher.

We also place significant focus and resources on launching new networks such as TON, Avail, Monad, Babylon, Story, Berachain, and others, along with yield products. From restaking, where we are the largest operator with a 20+% market share, to yield aggregators on stablecoins.

Our clients include BitGo, Copper, Crypto.com, Ledger, ByBit, Bitget, OKX, HTX, Bitvavo, SBI, and others, who choose us for our client-centric approach and extensive product line from unified API to widgets and custom dApps.

We are also actively expanding our product line, exploring RWA, data, yield, and service products for banks, exchanges, custodians, and wallets.

P2P.org unites talented individuals globally.

Despite our distributed team, we share a passion for decentralized finance - a fairer system for all. We code, learn, create, and connect to shape finance's future.

P2P.orgΒ boasts a strong reputation and network. We prioritize customer satisfaction and, as tech enthusiasts, develop innovative solutions that bolster our brand.

You will πŸš€

  • Own the architecture and write the core low-latency code across Syncro (Rust).

  • Cut latency by design: validator submission path, network routing/peering, node co-location, direct QUIC/TPU ingress.

  • Cut latency in code: optimal algorithms and data structures, tight time/space complexity, language- and OS-level performance (memory layout, allocations, cache, syscalls, lock-free concurrency).

  • Lead the multi-region rollout on bare-metal and cloud, co-located near client trading venues.

  • Eliminate single points of failure with HA and automatic failover.

  • Automate safe, self-serve releases; own latency/uptime SLOs, observability, and alerting.

  • Set the technical bar through design and code review.

You have 🧩

  • 8+ years building distributed backend/infrastructure, with low-latency systems shipped to production.

  • Write highly efficient code β€” algorithms and data structures, time/space complexity, and language-runtime + OS-level performance (memory, cache, allocations, syscalls, concurrency).

  • Deep Solana internals β€” validator/TPU, stake-weighted QoS (SWQoS), QUIC, shreds, transaction landing. Priority.

  • Trading / MEV / market-data infrastructure β€” orderflow, searchers, latency-sensitive paths.

  • Expert in a systems language β€” production Rust (or C/C++/Go moving to Rust).

  • Networking and latency tuning β€” TCP/QUIC, routing, peering, co-location, kernel/NIC tuning.

  • Production infrastructure β€” Linux, bare-metal and cloud (GCP/AWS), Kubernetes, IaC.

  • PostgreSQL; RabbitMQ/Kafka in HA.

  • Owned a complex system's architecture end-to-end.

  • English C1+; remote, async.

Nice to have 🧩

  • Solana validator operations / staking infrastructure.

  • MEV ecosystem β€” relayers, bundles, block engines.

  • SUI, Hyperliquid, or other high-throughput chains.

  • Real-time market-data / streaming systems at scale.

  • Low-level profiling and benchmarking (perf, flamegraphs).

  • Blockchain open-source contributions.

At P2P.org we have a team of experts with their own unique approach and ownership culture. Together we gain experience and make dreams come true!

  • Fully remote

  • Full-time contractor (Indefinite-term Consultancy Agreement)

  • Competitive salary level in $ (we can also pay in crypto)

  • Paid vacation and sick leave

  • Well-being program

  • Mental Health care program

  • Compensation for education, including foreign language & professional growth courses

  • Equipment & co-working reimbursement program

  • Overseas conferences, community immersion
