| KRA2 – Product & Process Quality | • Monitor process and quality parameters of utility systems.• Ensure operations are carried out within defined specifications.• Report quality deviations and support corrective actions.• Assist in RCA/CAPA for utility-related deviations and complaints. |
| KRA3 – Plant Performance | • Support smooth and efficient operation of utility equipment.• Follow SOPs to minimize equipment losses, spillage and idle running.• Monitor chemical and utility consumption.• Coordinate with Engineering/maintenance teams for equipment-related issues. |
| KRA4 – Operational Efficiency & Improvement | • Monitor process deviations and report abnormalities.• Support troubleshooting and breakdown reduction activities.• Identify opportunities for energy and utility conservation.• Support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and debottlenecking activities.• Maintain shift and daily operational reports. |
| KRA5 – Safety, Sustainability & Compliance | • Follow all safety, environmental and statutory requirements.• Ensure PPE and safe operating practices are followed.• Report near misses, unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.• Participate in emergency response, audits, PSM and WCM activities.• Support safe handling of chemicals and emergency situations. |
