Position Summary The Staff Accountant is responsible for supporting the Company's accounting operations through a combination of general accounting, financial close, and accounts receivable responsibilities. This role plays a key part in the monthly close process by preparing journal entries, performing account reconciliations, analyzing financial data, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the Company's financial records in accordance with U.S. GAAP. In addition, the Staff Accountant supports the Company's order-to-cash process, including customer invoicing, collections, cash application, and receivables analysis. The role partners closely with Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and other cross-functional teams to promote accurate financial reporting, timely collections, and effective cash flow management. The Staff Accountant reports directly to the Accounting Supervisor and works closely with the Senior Accounting Manager and Controller, providing broad exposure to the accounting organization and opportunities for professional growth and development.
