Key Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities : Manage Mural workspaces, users, permissions, and access controls. Support collaboration boards, templates, and workshop activities. Troubleshoot login, sharing, integration, and performance issues. Integrate Mural with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, Slack, and SSO platforms. Handle incidents, service requests, and user onboarding. Support stakeholder training and platform adoption. Monitor platform usage and maintain governance standards. Prepare documentation, reports, and knowledge articles.
