Who you’ll be working with

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Technical Content Writer to create compelling, high-quality content that showcases Codal's expertise across technology, digital transformation, eCommerce, healthcare, fintech, and enterprise software solutions.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with marketing leaders, subject matter experts, designers, and engineering teams to develop content that engages enterprise audiences, strengthens brand positioning, and supports business growth.

What you’ll be doing

• Create and maintain website content, service pages, industry pages, and solution-focused landing pages.
• Develop compelling messaging that communicates Codal's value proposition.
• Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and brand positioning across all digital assets.
• Write high-quality blogs, articles, whitepapers, and industry insights.
• Collaborate with technical teams to convert complex concepts into easy-to-understand content.
• Lead end-to-end development of client case studies.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and gather project insights.
• Develop content that strengthens Codal's market presence.
• Maintain enterprise-level writing standards across all content formats.
• Monitor content performance using analytics tools.
• Work closely with SEO and marketing teams to improve organic visibility and engagement.
• Use data-driven insights to refine content strategy.

What you’ll need to be successful (Requirements)

Must have skills:

• 6–10 years of experience in Technical Content Writing, B2B Content Marketing, or Digital Services, technology, agency or consultancy.
• Experience writing for IT Services, Software Development, SaaS, Digital Transformation, or Technology Consulting companies.
• Strong portfolio showcasing blogs, website content, case studies, whitepapers, and thought leadership content.
• Exceptional English writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Experience interviewing SMEs and translating technical concepts into business-focused content.
• Understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Should have skills:

• Build a scalable process for creating and publishing customer success stories.
• Contribute ideas for content strategy and editorial planning.
• Experience creating content supporting lead generation and sales enablement. 

Nice to have skills:

• Exposure to Healthcare, FinTech, eCommerce, or regulated industries.
• Experience with HubSpot, WordPress, Salesforce, or other CMS/CRM platforms.
