What is in it for you?

As a Senior Solution Architect - Azure Architecture, you will be responsible for designing and governing enterprise-scale Azure Cloud platforms that are secure, scalable, resilient, and cost-efficient. You will work closely with infrastructure, security, DevOps, application, and business teams to define Cloud strategies, establish architectural standards, and drive Cloud transformation initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities: -

• Design and implement enterprise-scale Azure Cloud architectures, ensure security, scalability, resiliency, and cost optimization.
• Define Azure landing zones, subscription strategy, management groups, resource hierarchy, and governance frameworks.
• Architect networking solutions including VNets, hub-spoke topology, ExpressRoute, VPN, load balancing, private endpoints, and hybrid connectivity.
• Establish identity and access management standards using Azure Entra ID, RBAC, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and Zero Trust principles.
• Design security controls, compliance frameworks, policy enforcement, threat protection, and Cloud security monitoring.
• Architect compute, storage, and platform services using Azure Virtual Machines, AKS, App Services, Azure Functions, Storage Accounts, and PaaS offerings.
• Define observability, monitoring, logging, ing, and operational excellence practices using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
• Design high availability, business continuity, backup, and disaster recovery solutions aligned with enterprise RTO/RPO requirements.
• Develop High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents and conduct architecture reviews.
• Lead Cloud migration, modernization, and transformation initiatives from On-premises and other Cloud platforms to Azure.
• Establish Infrastructure as Code (IaC) standards using Terraform and/or Bicep and support CI/CD implementation.
• Drive FinOps best practices to optimize Cloud utilization, resource governance, budgeting, and cost management.

Educational Qualifications: -

• Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
• Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
• Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert Certification

Skills: -

Mandatory Technical Skills: -

• Over 8 years of experience in Cloud architecture, with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure
• Strong understanding of Azure Landing Zones, Governance, Management Groups, Policies, and Blueprints
• Strong experience in Azure Networking, including ExpressRoute, VPN Gateway, Private Link, DNS, NSG, Firewall, and Load Balancers
• Expertise in Azure Security services, identity management, RBAC, Azure Entra ID, Defender for Cloud, Key Vault, and compliance frameworks
• Experience in designing highly available, resilient, and disaster recovery-enabled Cloud platforms
• Hands-on experience in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or Bicep
• Experience in Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, and observability frameworks
• Strong knowledge of Azure compute, storage, platform services, containers, and virtualization technologies
• Experience in leading Cloud migrations, application modernization, and hybrid Cloud implementations
• Strong understanding of FinOps principles and Cloud cost optimization strategies
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and architecture governance skills

Good to Have Skills: -

• Experience in Kubernetes (AKS), Docker, and Cloud-native architectures
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions
