• Job Overview:
The Senior Sanitary Responsible will represent the distribution center before COFEPRIS and ensure regulatory compliance and P&G standards in storage and distribution operations. They will lead the quality management system, continuous improvement, and coordination with internal teams and logistics operators to ensure product integrity and operational continuity. As a people leader, they will be responsible for developing capabilities, providing coaching, and supporting team growth while fostering a culture of quality and high performance.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the distribution center as the Sanitary Responsible before COFEPRIS, maintaining current registrations, files, and regulatory requirements for operation.

• Lead and improve the quality management system by translating regulatory requirements and P&G standards into procedures, controls, training, and indicators.

• Oversee quality decisions and conditions throughout the operation, from receipt and storage to release, shipment, distribution, and product disposition.

• Manage deviations, investigations, CAPA, change control, complaints, non-conforming products, recalls, and quality risks, ensuring traceability and timely closure.

• Approve and monitor suppliers, customers, and outsourced activities, ensuring 3PL logistics operator compliance with controls, indicators, and agreed actions.

• Develop the quality team and coordinate audits, inspections, continuous improvement, and risk communication with internal areas and health authorities.
