Responsibilities
This position is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision making. This role involves generating and developing regular reports, creating ad hoc reports and conducting analysis to assist Revenue Cycle departments in understanding business performance and identifying areas for improvement. Close collaboration with Revenue Cycle leadership to gather requirements and ensure that reporting solutions meet their needs. Additionally, you will contribute to the development and enhancement of reporting processes and tools to streamline operations and enhance data accuracy.Qualifications
Education- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized college or university in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics or closely-related field is Required or
- In Lieu of degree six (6) years of relevant work experience will be accepted in addition to the experience requirement Required
- 3 years of experience in healthcare Revenue Cycle or Revenue Cycle Information Systems, preferably with a focus in reporting KPIs, AR analysis, and process efficiencies Required or
- In lieu of degree nine (9) years of experience in healthcare Revenue Cycle or Revenue Cycle Information Systems, preferably with a focus in reporting KPIs, AR analysis, and process efficiencies Required
- EPIC - EPIC Certification Epic certification in the following Required
- Caboodle Data Model or
- Clarity Data Model or
- Cogito or
- Revenue Data Model or
- Resolute Hospital/Professional Billing Administration or
- Other applicable area
