Sr. Program Manager

Perficient has a sub-contracting opportunity for a Senior Program Manager to support a digital banking client onsite in Charlotte, NC. You will be leading the overall digital banking platform migration program, coordinating stakeholders, vendors, budgets, timelines, and delivery activities. Your primary responsibility is to ensure successful implementation of the selected digital banking platform while representing the client's interests. 

·       Lead end-to-end program governance for the digital banking transformation initiative.

·       Manage program roadmap, milestones, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting.

·       Coordinate activities across business, technology, operations, and vendor teams.

·       Oversee resource planning, testing/QA, release management, and budget tracking.

·       Drive issue resolution and ensure alignment between vendor implementation teams and internal stakeholders.

·       Facilitate steering committee meetings and communicate program status to executive leadership.

·       Ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, and quality objectives.

·       7+ years managing large-scale technology or digital transformation programs.

·       Banking, digital banking, or financial services experience a must.

·       Experience with FIS products preferred or other digital banking platforms.

·       Strong vendor management and executive stakeholder management skills.
