主要职责
分析分管产品的市场推广趋势，为推广团队制定推广目标提供参考依据。 制定分管产品的市场推广策略及具体行动计划，提高分管产品的市场价值。 组织实施分管产品的市场推广计划，并跟踪计划执行的有效性，以支持推广团队达成推广指标。 组织各类市场活动并参与学术会议，提高分管产品的学术形象。 制定分管产品的年度市场营销费用总体预算，分配和管理市场营销费用，确保对分管产品市场投入的最大产出。 为推广团队提供分管产品的市场竞争状况、营销工具应用等相关培训，提高推广团队对分管产品的了解程度。
任职要求
教育背景
本科及以上学历，医学、药学或市场营销专业为佳
相关领域工作经验
3-8年以上医药行业市场相关工作经验（高级产品经理8年）
专业知识与技能
熟练使用计算机办公软件
良好的英语听说读写能力
具有较强的沟通协调能力及组织能力
