You’ll be hands-on in leading a platform crucial to Rippling’s international expansion, as we expand into countries across the globe. You’ll have the space to use your blend of business and technical acumen to implement and deliver an industry-leading vision.

What you will do

• Build and drive day-to-day processes that lead to a highly efficient team of high performing engineers
• Set the direction of your team. Anticipate strategic and scaling-related challenges and create an actionable plan to solve them.
• Collaborate with sales, product, support, and operations teams in shaping the product

What you will need

• 10+ years of experience in software development and delivery, with in-depth knowledge of software architectures
• 4+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager in leading small and mid-sized development teams
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or experience in a relevant field
• Solid programming skills, a track record, and passion for improving the code structure and architecture to enhance testability and maintainability
• Great project management skills to lead, care about product ownership, an outstanding customer-centric mindset, and solving problems for our customers.
• Hands-on development experience using Python, Django, MongoDB, React, AWS is a plus
