  • Manage and cultivate banking relationships; negotiate services and fees, drive service-level excellence, and oversee KYC and account administration.
  • Oversee letters of credit, guarantees, and trade finance instruments; ensure timely issuance, renewals, and compliance.
  • Assess and manage foreign exchange exposures; develop and execute hedging strategies aligned to policy; monitor hedge effectiveness.
  • Oversee interest rate risk management, evaluate debt portfolio positioning, and recommend hedging or refinancing strategies as needed.
  • Design and implement cash management processes and services; champion automation and TMS utilization to improve control and efficiency.
  • Evaluate treasury products, services, and systems; recommend and implement fit-for-purpose solutions.
  • Maintain strong internal controls, documentation, and policy compliance (including SOX, audit support, and regulatory requirements).
  • Establish and track treasury KPIs and dashboards; communicate performance and opportunities to stakeholders.
  • Lead and coach team members; promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support treasury and broader finance initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required; CTP or CPA preferred.
  • 8–10 years of progressive corporate treasury or finance experience, including cash management, liquidity, and bank relationship management.
  • Hands-on experience with cash forecasting, working capital optimization, letters of credit/trade finance, and foreign exchange/hedging.
  • Knowledge of interest rate risk, debt instruments, and short-term investments.
  • Proficiency with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and ERPs; strong Excel and analytical skills; familiarity with tools such as Kyriba, SAP, or Oracle is a plus.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience; ability to influence cross-functionally and negotiate effectively.
  • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and sound judgment; thrives in deadline-driven environments.

How You’ll Grow and Make an Impact

  • Reduce risk and cost of capital through disciplined FX and interest rate risk management.
  • Lead process modernization and automation, elevating control and efficiency across global treasury operations.
  • Gain exposure to senior finance leadership and cross-functional projects, creating opportunities to broaden scope and responsibility over time.
