Sr. Civil Engineer / Transportation Design Engineer

In this role, you will play a key part in shaping transportation design outcomes across major civil infrastructure projects, supporting the delivery of practical, compliant, and high-quality engineering solutions. You will work closely with internal disciplines, clients, and project stakeholders to help advance design packages from development through submission while maintaining a strong focus on coordination, accuracy, and project standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation design packages for roads, corridors, and civil infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver compliant engineering design solutions.
• Review drawings, specifications, and calculations for quality and technical accuracy.
• Support project planning, design development, and timely submission of deliverables.
• Ensure designs meet client requirements, codes, and Saudi project standards.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Master's Degree in Transportation Engineering is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in transportation and highway engineering.
• Experience in major infrastructure, highways, interchanges, bridges, and transportation programs.
• Strong understanding of:

3. Drainage & Hydrology
4. Structural Engineering
5. Geotechnical Engineering
6. Road Safety Engineering
7. Utility Coordination

• Experience reviewing multidisciplinary engineering designs.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, OpenRoads, AutoCAD, MicroStation, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS and related engineering software.
• Experience working within PMC, client, or design consultancy environments.
