Job Description -

Customer & Order Processing 

• • Act as the primary liaison between customers, sales teams, brokers, distributors, and internal departments to investigate and resolve complex issues. 
  • Ensure accurate processing, shipping, and invoicing of customer orders. 
  • Analyze orders for compliance with client requirements and cut-off times. 
  • Maintain and update customer master data, including new account setups and changes. 
  • Use client-specific tools to manage daily operational tasks and ensure service delivery meets agreed metrics. 

Reporting & Documentation 

• • Prepare and submit monthly reports and audit-related documentation. 
  • Assist the Assistant Manager in compiling and submitting reports. 
  • Ensure compliance with internal accounting controls (SOX). 
  • Create, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and working procedures. 

 

Cross-functional Support 

• • Support credit control activities in collaboration with the Assistant Manager. 
  • Respond to ad hoc requests from business groups and local units. 
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for continuous process improvement and innovative solutions. 

Team Collaboration & Training 

• • Train and mentor junior team members on daily tasks and procedures. 
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with relevant markets and major customers. 
  • Act as a bridge between customers, outside sales, and internal departments to ensure alignment and issue resolution.
