Where is the work:

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

1. Technical Support, Application Engineering & Market IntelligenceSystems (BMS/Controls).

• Responsible for delivering Trane Technologies’ complete product portfolio, including Applied systems, Unitary products, and Building Management Systems (BMS/Controls).
• Provide comprehensive technical support and advanced HVAC system application engineering to internal sales teams, M&E consultants, clients/developers.

• Conduct in-depth competitor analysis and market research to develop product positioning strategies and establish superior technical advantages across Applied, Unitary, and Controls product lines.

2. Consultant Relationship & Project Specification

• Build and sustain strategic partnerships with target M&E consultants, developers, and key stakeholders to deeply understand and capture complex project requirements at an early stage.
• Execute proactive project specification activities across assigned consultant networks to ensure Trane solutions are incorporated into tender specifications, directly increasing project hit rates.
• Enhance Trane’s brand awareness, reputation, and technology leadership within the local engineering and consultant network.

3. Technical Training, Seminars & Competency Development

• Lead, manage, and successfully execute the strategic “HVAC Training for Consultants” program to position Trane as an industry knowledge leader.
• Organize and facilitate regular technical training sessions and seminars, collaborating closely with Sales and Service teams to introduce new technologies and products to the partner network.
• Continuously update the sales team on product knowledge, the latest technical standards (local/international codes such as ASHRAE and TCVN), and green building trends to strengthen overall team competency.

4. Team Leadership & Strategic Management

• Align engineering goals and strategies to secure and accomplish targeted short-term and long-term specified projects.
• Manage and coordinate all technical support and consultant care workflows for the entire Applications Team, ensuring top-tier deliverable quality and project deadlines.
• Take full responsibility for coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to optimize work efficiency and build a high-performing team.
• Collaborate with factory and PM team to update new products or any further requirements.
