Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounting records, including purchase, sales, invoices, receipts, and payments.
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting-related activities.
Prepare and maintain journal entries, ledgers, and account reconciliations.
Perform bank reconciliation and ensure all bank entries are accurately recorded.
Manage purchase and sales entries and verify invoices and supporting documents.
Assist in monthly closing, reporting, and other accounting activities as required.
Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, reconciliation, invoicing, journal, and ledger entries.
Good understanding of basic accounting principles and documentation.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software is preferred.
Good attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage day-to-day accounting tasks.
