Job Summary
| Integration Technical Lead | Leads design and delivery of healthcare integrations across FHIR, HL7, APIs, and middleware platforms. | Own technical design, guide build, define mappings/specs, review code, coordinate with QA/DevOps, support production readiness and troubleshooting. | FHIR, HL7 v2, REST APIs, middleware (Apache Camel ,MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.), Java, Spring Boot microservices, transformation/routing, CI/CD, DevOps, debugging, technical leadership. | Hands-on integration with Epic/Cerner/Meditech; strong understanding of ADT, SIU, ORM, ORU workflows and EMR interface lifecycle. | Integration platform certifications, HL7/FHIR training, cloud certifications, Agile/Scrum, HIPAA. |
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide Technical Guidance And Mentorship To A Team Of Developers By Enhancing Their Capabilities In Spring Boot, Hibernate, And Java, Thereby Increasing Overall Productivity And Software Quality.
2. Conduct Comprehensive Code Reviews And Establish Quality Assurance Processes Using Spring Boot Best Practices, Optimizing Performance And Ensuring Adherence To Coding Standards To Facilitate Successful Project Delivery.
3. Ensure Process Compliance In The Assigned Module By Participating In Technical Discussions And Reviews As A Consultant For Feasibility Studies, Analyzing Technical Alternatives, Assessing Best Packages, And Identifying Technical Risks.
4. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Define Project Scope, Objectives, And Deliverables While Preparing And Submitting Status Reports To Minimize Exposure And Facilitate The Closure Of Escalations.
