Role Overview 

The Sportsbook Specialist plays a key role in the execution and delivery, data-driven sportsbook campaigns that drive customer retention and commercial performance. Working closely with Trading, CRM, Product, Marketing and Commercial teams, the role is responsible for the day-to-day execution of promotional activity across key sporting events and customer segments. 

This position is suited to an experienced sportsbook professional who has a strong understanding of player behaviour, promotional mechanics and sportsbook operations. The successful candidate will use customer insights and campaign performance analysis to optimise promotional strategies while ensuring seamless execution across multiple channels.

• 2+ years' experience within Sportsbook, iGaming or Online Gaming in a commercial, CRM, promotions or sportsbook operations role.  
• Strong understanding of sportsbook products, betting markets and customer betting behaviour.  
• Experience coordinating and executing promotional campaigns across multiple channels.  
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance and commercial metrics.  
• Comfortable working with data to generate insights and support decision-making.  
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.  
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working across Trading, CRM, Product and Marketing teams.  
• High attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

Desirable

• Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.  
• Knowledge of customer segmentation and personalisation strategies.  
• Experience using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker.  
• Understanding of A/B testing and campaign optimisation techniques.  
• Familiarity with responsible gambling principles and regulatory requirements within the betting industry.  
• Passion for sport and a strong awareness of major sporting events and betting trends.
