Specjalista ds. Jakości (m/k/x)

miejsce pracy: Błonie

Cel stanowiska:

Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiedzialna za analizę przyczyn reklamacji oraz doskonalenie procesów jakościowych  w specjalistycznym magazynie produktów leczniczych.

Główne zadania:

·       Współudział w utrzymaniu systemu jakości w obszarze dystrybucji produktów leczniczych (DPD)

·       Kontrola procesów magazynowych i transportowych pod względem zgodności z systemem jakości.

·       Analiza przyczyn odchyleń i reklamacji

·       Komunikacja z klientami

·       Proponowanie i wdrażanie rozwiązań podnoszących jakość usług

·       Nadzór nad warunkami przechowywania produktów leczniczych

·       Raportowanie 

 

Oczekiwania wobec kandydata:

·       Odpowiedzialność i samodzielność w wykonywaniu powierzonych zadań

·       Wysokie umiejętności komunikacyjne

·       Umiejętność pracy w zespole

·       Bardzo dobra znajomość MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

·       Dobra znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie
