Job Description:

Chceš být součástí přátelského týmu a pomáhat zákazníkům s jejich zásilkami? Máš rád/a práci na počítači a baví Tě komunikace? Pak hledáme právě Tebe!

Co budeš dělat:

  • Pomáhat zákazníkům s doručením a zpracováním zásilek

  • Pracovat s firemním systémem (většinu času strávíš u počítače)

  • Komunikovat s celním a fakturačním oddělením i s kurýry

  • Zpracovávat objednávky a požadavky týkající se zásilek

Co od tebe očekáváme:

  • Minimálně středoškolské vzdělání

  • Trpělivost, empatii a orientaci na zákazníka

  • Znalost anglického jazyka ( úroveň B2)

  • Velmi dobré komunikativní dovednosti
