Specialist, Technical Sales (Solution Area Specialist ANZ Eng Speaker))

Sales & Business Development 

• Attend customer meetings and conduct sales presentations to showcase products and services. 

• Generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth within the assigned territory. 

• Follow up consistently on sales opportunities and customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction and successful outcomes. 

• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at various organizational levels. 

Technical Sales Support 

• Provide technical expertise to support sales objectives and address customer inquiries. 

• Prepare and deliver moderately complex technical proposals and presentations. 

• Advise customers and sales teams on technical product features and solutions that align with business goals. 

• Identify and analyze customer requirements to develop competitive and effective solutions. 

Customer Training & Relationship Management 

• Conduct training sessions to enhance customer understanding and effective use of products and services. 

• Resolve customer issues by providing appropriate technical guidance and support. 

• Foster long-term customer relationships to strengthen engagement and retention. 

Product & Service Improvement 

• Gather and communicate customer feedback to relevant internal teams. 

• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying trends, challenges, and opportunities for product enhancement. 

Qualifications 

Education 

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field from an accredited four-year college or university preferred. 

Experience 

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in Technical Sales, Sales Engineering, Business Development, or a related field preferred.
