Seeking an experienced SAP Basis Specialist with 5 to 8 years of expertise in SAP Basis Core to manage and optimize SAP Basis operations

Job Description

Manage and maintain SAP Basis Core systems ensuring high availability and performance Perform installation configuration and upgrade of SAP systems Monitor system health and perform routine system checks Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support SAP infrastructure Ensure system security and compliance with organizational policies Troubleshoot and resolve SAP Basis related issues promptly Plan and execute SAP system refreshes and migrations Maintain documentation related to SAP Basis operations and configurations

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead SAP Basis Core operations within the Sap Basis Operations Core skill cluster family

Provide expert support for SAP Basis system administration activities

Coordinate with SAP functional and technical teams to resolve system issues

Implement SAP system patches updates and performance tuning

Manage SAP user administration roles and authorizations

Conduct system backups and recovery procedures

Ensure compliance with IT best practices and security standards

Mentor and guide junior team members on SAP Basis operations

Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing
