About this role
Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced AEM Content Author Producer with strong handson expertise in Adobe Experience Manager and experience working within a Microsoft technology environment
The role will own content production activities from request intake through authoring validation publishing and postproduction verification The candidate should be comfortable working directly with stakeholders during Pacific Time Zone business hours and supporting major launches campaigns and events
Key Responsibilities
Author edit review schedule and publish website content using Adobe Experience Manager AEM
Create and maintain pages using approved templates components Content Fragments Experience Fragments assets and metadata
Manage content requests end to end including intake authoring approvals publishing and production validation
Work closely with business stakeholders designers developers QA SRE SEO accessibility localization and program teams
Validate content across desktop and mobile experiences before and after publishing
Support content updates across development QAPPEUAT staging and production environments
Ensure content follows brand accessibility SEO security and publishing governance standards
Track work items dependencies approvals and delivery timelines using Azure DevOps ADO or similar tools
Participate in sprint planning release coordination production deployments and postrelease validation
Identify and resolve content issues such as broken links formatting problems missing assets metadata gaps and component issues
Event and Launch Support
Provide content production support for major events campaigns product launches and executive announcements
Participate in event readiness reviews content validation publishing rehearsals and launch checkpoints
Support urgent or timesensitive publishing during event windows
Provide afterhours or extended support when required for critical launches
Coordinate rapid resolution of production content issues with technical teams
Required Skills
4 years of experience in web content production content authoring or digital publishing
3 years of handson AEM authoring experience
Strong knowledge of AEM Sites Assets components templates workflows Content Fragments and Experience Fragments
Experience supporting enterprisescale websites
Working knowledge of HTML CSS metadata SEO URLs redirects and accessibility
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests
Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills
Experience working in AgileScrum environments
Microsoft Technology Experience
Experience with the following is preferred
Azure and cloudhosted web platforms
Azure DevOps
Microsoft Teams
SharePoint
Power BI
Power Automate
Microsoft enterprise security and accessibility standards
Experience supporting Microsoftcom or similar largescale enterprise web environments is highly desirable
Working Hours
The candidate must provide strong overlap with PST/PDT business hours for stakeholder meetings publishing activities releases and event support
The expectation is to operate as a Content Producer owning delivery from stakeholder request through successful production publishing and validation
