Experienced Senior Performance Test Engineer with experience in Performance Testing and Performance Engineering to support enterprisescale applications The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing executing and analyzing performance tests identifying bottlenecks across application and infrastructure layers and driving performance improvements The role requires expertise in performance testing tools monitoring platforms automation and stakeholder engagement

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and execute comprehensive performance test strategies and plans

Create and maintain performance test scripts using LoadRunner

Conduct load stress endurance volume scalability and failover testing

Analyze application infrastructure and database performance metrics

Utilize Splunk AppDynamics and Dynatrace to troubleshoot and identify performance bottlenecks

Work closely with development infrastructure architecture and operations teams to resolve performance issues

Develop automated solutions using Python to improve test efficiency and reporting

Provide capacity planning workload modeling and performance forecasting recommendations

Lead performance assessments and present findings to stakeholders

Support production readiness reviews and performance tuning initiatives
