Job Summary

We are seeking a Specialist with 5 to 8 years of experience in SAP Ariba Upstream modules and expertise in Prompt Engineering AIGenerative AI and Machine Learning Algorithms to support and enhance SAP Business AI solutions for eProcurement

Job Description

Utilize expertise in Prompt Engineering and AIGenerative AI to develop and optimize SAP Business AI solutions for eProcurement Apply knowledge of SAP Joule for Consultants J4C SAP IPTools and SAP Signavio to improve procurement processes Leverage handson experience with SAP Ariba Upstream Solutions including Spend Analysis SLP Risk Sourcing and Contract management Design and implement machine learning algorithms to enhance automation and decisionmaking within SAP Ariba systems Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate AIdriven insights into procurement workflows and support digital transformation initiatives Monitor and analyze system performance to identify opportunities for AIbased enhancements and process optimizations Stay updated with emerging trends in AI machine learning and SAP technologies to recommend innovative solutions

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead endtoend implementation and support activities for SAP Ariba Upstream modules focused on Spend Analysis Supplier Lifecycle Performance SLP Risk Sourcing and Contract Management

Conduct requirement gathering fitgap analysis and solution design to align AI capabilities with business needs in procurement

Configure and customize SAP Ariba templates workflows approval processes and questionnaires incorporating AI functionalities

Support supplier onboarding qualification and lifecycle management using SAP Business AI tools

Manage and troubleshoot integration issues between SAP Ariba and SAP ERP systems leveraging AIdriven diagnostics

Provide application management support including incident resolution enhancements and continuous improvement

Develop and maintain documentation for AIenabled procurement processes configurations and best practices

Deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions to stakeholders on AIenhanced SAP Ariba solutions

Collaborate with AI SAP and procurement teams to ensure seamless adoption and optimization of generative AI technologies
