Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine:n Specialist Material Management (w/m/d) in Vollzeit (Arbeitnehmerüberlassung).

Ihre Rolle
In dieser bereichsübergreifenden Position verantworten Sie den gesamten Lebenszyklus von Werbe-, Informations- und Schulungsmaterialien – von der Erstellung und Freigabe über Produktion und Lagerung bis zur Archivierung und Vernichtung. Sie arbeiten eng mit Marketing, Medical Affairs und Vertrieb zusammen und fungieren als Schnittstelle zwischen internen Stakeholdern und externen Partnern.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Koordination der Materialerstellung mit internen Fachbereichen und externen Agenturen
  • Steuerung externer Dienstleister sowie des internen Freigabeprozesses unter Einhaltung regulatorischer und interner Vorgaben
  • Sicherstellung termingerechter Produktion, Lagerung und Verfügbarkeit
  • Organisation und Dokumentation der Vernichtung und Archivierung gemäß den geltenden Vorgaben
  • Pflege relevanter Daten und Prozesse in internen Systemen
  • Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen und Weiterentwicklung der Abläufe

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Wirtschafts- oder naturwissenschaftliches Ausbildung (bevorzugt Fachhochschule oder Universität)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in einer koordinierenden Funktion, idealerweise im Pharma- oder Gesundheitsumfeld
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie Affinität zu digitalen Systemen
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Organisations-, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location.  The anticipated wage for this position is

 €33.750 -  €68.200

Full-time equivalent employees may also be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
