Responsibilities

Job Summary:

The Specialist, Marketing Engagement, supports marketing activity for the Internova Hotel, Villas and In-Country Partner programs and their Preferred Partners. This role assists in the development of Supplier Partner Marketing engagement plans, works with Account Sales Directors to secure marketing investments, while tracking and fulfilling campaigns across Internova Business Units. The Marketing Specialist also helps to maintain program tools and marketing materials, including collateral, email newsletters, and multiple website properties, among others.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage hotel, villa and in-country partner marketing activities including individual tactics and campaigns – asset acquisition, submission, execution, and quality control – while meeting deadlines. • Work with ad agency/agencies to open job requests and coordinate projects through successful and timely completion • Gather performance metrics, prepare digital analytics reports and make recommendations for optimization or future planning. • Participate in sales and marketing meetings and conference calls. • Follow and apply brand and operational guidelines as set by Internova for all marketing campaigns • Work closely with accounting/finance to manage marketing plan invoicing as needed • Assist with coordination of program and partner marketing projects, including content management updates of website properties • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Tourism/Hospitality Management, Business Administration or equivalent • 3-5 years’ experience required, with prior ad agency or client account management experience a must. • Proven skills in marketing, data analysis, and/or project coordination desired. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be fluent in English – written and verbal. • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, and coordinate a wide variety of tactics simultaneously and under deadline • Salesforce knowledge highly preferred • Travel and/or tourism industry background highly preferred

The salary range on this job posting/advertising has been developed to give applicants a range based on the local market where the candidate would be working.  Many factors, such as years of experience, budget etc. are considered when determining the starting rate of pay. 

This role may be eligible for an incentive, commission, bonus, or a discretionary bonus program based on the company’s financial goal achievement and individual performance.
